Utah Film Commission
The Utah Film Commission film incentive program is a post-performance rebate of production dollars spent in the state of Utah. An approved production will be rebated 15% on every dollar spent in the state of Utah. A production must spend a minimum of $1,000,000 in the state to qualify. The maximum benefit for each project is $500,000.
Applications for fiscal year 2009 are now being accepted at film.utah.gov.
