EDEN FX CONTRIBUTES OVER 150 VISUAL EFFECTS SHOTS TO WARNER BROS.’ “GET SMART," CURRENTLY THE # 1 FILM IN THE U.S.  Hollywood, CA, June 23, 2008 -- Eden FX, a Hollywood-based creator of visual effects for feature films, television programs and commercials, has contributed a number of digital visual effects for “Get Smart," currently the # 1 film in the U.S. with an opening weekend gross of over $ 39-million. Eden FX co-founders Mark Miller and John Gross made the announcement. ABOUT “GET SMART:” For client Warner Bros., Eden FX completed 157 digital FX shots. Regarding Eden’s work, Joe Bauer, VFX Supervisor for Warner Bros. on “Get Smart,” said, “’Get Smart’ had some tricky stuff. With Eden FX, we knew right away we were in good hands. I don't think for any price the work could have been better.” Starring Steve Carrell as “Maxwell Smart,” Agent 86 for CONTROL, “Get Smart” features Smart as he battles the forces of KAOS with Agent 99 (Anne Hathaway) at his side. The film is directed by Peter Segal and was released on June 20, 2008, by Warner Bros.
